Window trigger with pulse width qualifier

Post by phgphd »

I have a Pico 2405A running with Ubuntu 20.04. I want to capture transient pulses of either positive or negative going polarity of a minimum duration. To do so, I envision setting up a trigger combining an 'outside window' with PWQ both enabled for channel A. So far I can setup a 'outside window' successfully but lacking the PWQ. I have been able to get PWQ working by itself (without window trigger) but for only positive going pulses, not negative going pulses. And all attempts to get both window trigger and PWQ working have failed. I see that there are no code examples of windows or PWQ. Does this mean Pico themselves have never tested theses features, otherwise they could have posted examples? Does anyone know where to go from here. Multiple heads are better than one, help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Yours truly, Phil.
