Multiple Rising/falling Digitial I/O detection on PS3000

Post by johnbrvc »

I saw several posts where folks were asking about being able to detect any one of several Digital I/O's (D0-D15) edge conditions (rising/falling), and it was said this can not be done. I am wondering if there are any plans on implementing the ability to trigger off any number of rising/falling edges for Digital I/Os? I tried the PicoScope 7.0 early release, and while the GUI is "nicer" and appears to be targeted for touch input devices, it does not support this feature. In addition, there are problems in general with using the Digital I/O's with PS 7.0, so I went back to 6.

Thanks,
John

Hi John,

What you want is an OR function for Digital Channels. How to perform this is described here: topic39704.html?&p=141419&hilit=digital ... ng#p141419.
