Trigger on transmissions stopping

I am trying to find a way to trigger when a channel's transmissions stop. But I do not want it to trigger when the channel's transmissions start again. I had thought this would be a level dropout trigger, however, this does not work as I would expect. This image was taken with the following level dropout settings: Threshold -40mV, Hysteresis 0%, Time 700ns. As you can see from the image the signal drops below -40mV but DOES NOT stay low for >700ns and yet a trigger event occurred. I included a cursor showing clearly that the signal rises above -40mV 20ns after it drops below. This should mean the trigger condition is not met, however it has triggered. I need something that does what level dropout SAYS it does, but level dropout does not do what it claims to do.

Can you post a psdata file for this so that we can take a look at all the settings.
