TC-08 Not recording properly
I have had and have been using the PICO data logger TC-08 with the PICO6 capture for over 4 months.
The sensors are used to test the inside components of small heaters. It has been working fine until today. The readings look inverted. They should be in the 40C-50C temperature range but are reading +12C to (-16C). The power light flashes green and red. Nothing I do is getting this to work.
What is wrong and what can I do to correct this asap?

Please check that all the thermocouples are plugged in the correct way around, it is possible to put them in reversed without too much force. If that doesn't fix the problem then check that the thermocouple tips are not touching a conducting surface.
