LabVIEW connot open picoscope 5244A

The following is the error message
Possible reason(s):
PICO_NOT_FOUND:No Pico Technology device could be found.

how can I deal with this issue?

If you are using the example code we have on GitHub make sure you are using the ps5000a examples and not the ps5000 ones.

If this is not the issue then make sure that no other application is open and connected to the PicoScope, eg PicoScope 6 or PicoLog 6
