24V logic analyzer

Post by bennog »

I have made a converter bord to convert 24V PLC signals to the picoscope logic analyzer.
It has LED indicator if there is 24V or not and can be coupled to the D0-D15 input of the picoscope.
2 of these units can be daisy chained so you have 16 inputs (each board has 8 inputs).
It works with positive logic (so common -24V signal)

The KiCad, Gerber and (JLC)BOM are also attached.

Very nice! Great solder work! Did you reflow with paste or hand solder? I've started doing some manual reflow, but all I have is a hot air gun.

I have a reflow oven over here but this time i was lazy. I ordered the pcb with all SMD parts by JLC cost me only 12 euro for 5 pcb's including all the SMD parts. Shipping was 14 euro.
