Feature request: Show channel values corresponding to the interrogated time

For interrogating a waveform(s) at the mouse cursor, provide an option so that the channel values in the popup/tooltip correspond to the time being interrogated (ie at the X-axis location of the mouse), instead of the values at the actual mouse location.

This would show both channel values at the interrogated time without having to accurately position the mouse on each waveform itself.
