Pico Scope 6824E would not be recognized by PC Oscilloscope software version: 6.14.36.5676 on Dell7530

It was recognized with 6.14.23.5207

Hi RRYNK,

Could you post a trace.xml file for the latest version before trying the uploaded one, and also a trace.xml file for the older version. You can find the trace.xml files in C:\Users\<>\AppData\Local\Pico Technology\64XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXX. The trace for the last time you ran PS6 won't have an numeral appended to the end of the file name.
