Picoscope Model No.4225A (Operational Problem With Printing)

Hello Dear,
We had Purchased a Picoscope Model No.4225A (2 Channel) from you. Unfortunately, we are facing the following problem.We can't print the test report with the vehicle details. We can only print the graph of the pressure test. We can’t deliver the report of the car to the customer.

Please convey your suggestion why we can’t include the vehicle details along with the graph of the vehicle we test. Any needful suggestion from your side is solicited.
