Signal Generator max frequency

Hello everybody,

I've created a C# application which produce a sine wave with my 3203D Oscilloscope and read it back from Input A using Picoscope's API.
The problem is that I can only go to 1MHz, and I have to generate a 2MHz sine wave. I thought that some other oscilloscopes might do the job, but I can't find the Maximum signal generator frequency from the oscilloscope's datasheet...

Does anyone knows where is indicated the maximum frequency that the oscilloscope can generate?
