Easy PDF of CAN BUS decoder graph and CAN BUS validity ?

Post by nurber »

Hi Forum. I'm trying to print the attached psdata as a pdf. Attempts to print as pdf or save as pdf are missing most of the data and the part that I'm most interested in which is serial decoder graph. Is copying entire window as image the only way to do this ? Doing so requires me find a suitable application to paste into and then deal with scaling manually. Must be an easier way that I'm missing ?

Additionally, can anybody tell me why or point me in a direction to determine why these CAN frames aren't valid ?

Thanks, Sven

Ok last question is simple, the frames are not being acknowledged so there is no receiving device on the bus.

for export I usually use Alt-PrtScrn (or use snagit) to capture the screen
The last image is a real world CAN signal from a machine with about 30 devices on a single bus.

And you see the ACK a 0 so the message is received by all devices on the bus.
