PicoLog 6 Export ques - Problem Exporting CSV data?

Hi Im trying to export some CSV data I've generated.

I have just two channels logged @ 1sec but whether its for 3hrs or 1min, once the export CSV button is pressed, the flashing export bar appears for evermore and no data file is ever generated?

Any ideas?
