IEEE Phy Compliance Tests

Hello,
We would like to perform IEEE Phy Compliance Tests for 100BaseT. With which oscilloscopes of you is it possible to test this. In future applications we might have the need to test 1000BaseT. Which oscilloscope will we need then?
Other oscilloscope producers have RJ45 adapters/probes and software test suits for the phy compliance tests. Do you have those too?
