No, there isn't. It would be costly enough in terms of time, resource and even price, to get all of the laptops out there tested. Then when you add to that all of the different possible operating systems, configurations of running software and hardware attached, it would be remiss of us to recommend something that, in a different configuration might not work (and which we would have no control over) once a customer has spent money on acquiring it.
What we can do is give you an idea of how to avoid potential issues when you do select a laptop. A major stumbling block is making sure that the Laptop actually provides enough power to power the PicoScope (i.e. is not a laptop that has USB ports that don't meet the full USB standard in terms of powering in order to cut costs, or that underpowers the ports when too many are used, or when running from the battery if that is how you intend to use it). Then there are more subtle issues, for example, selecting a laptop that doesn't have enough USB ports for what you would be needing. In this case you would need to then get a USB hub that you would use for additional ports, but make your selection bearing in mind that PicoScopes have a slightly more complex start-up procedure than a lot of other USB devices (which is still USB compliant) which means that some USB intermediary devices such as some hubs don't work with PicoScopes.
In general we find that the more established Laptop manufacturers tend to be better choices (like for instance Lenovo, HP etc) but, unfortunately, there can always be exceptions.
