Scale factor disappears
Hello everyone,
I have been having issues with my graph reading. I begin the test setup hardware all fine and I have reading on my graph that starts at 6.4v (input * 3.56 in the scale factor option). while I let my test run after a certain period the scale factor suddenly disappears and the reading on the graph is around 2.5v (Basically the 3.56 multiple is deactivated). not sure what the issue is here. testing is running fine for hours and hours even after the scale factor on the graph disappears. Just weird that its reading 6.4v and then next morning I see a sudden drop to 2.5v and stays there.
If the information is not as clear I can try get a screen shot in to show. Thank you in advance.

Hi maiomar,
In order to help you we would need a lot more information. Could do the following:
1/ Explain what you are logging data from and with which device and software.
2/ Explain how you have setup the software and the hardware
3/ Post the data file for the logged data here.
