USB Oscilloscope and Linux. What do I need to consider?

Last year I've started studying electrical engineering. Now I want to get an important tool. An oscilloscope. I'm a passionate Linux user and I don't want to change to Windows. I have searched around but I'm a bit overwhelmed and have no idea which suites the best.

My plans is to find a hiring as an embedded programmer after my degree. Probably it will be nice to have a logic analyzer.

Can you give me some advice, please?
