How do i combine data from digital output (I2C) sensor with ADC24

Hi
In my project, i need to log/record all essential parameters while the product running, i already bought ADC24 and try to get sensors that have the analog output. However, there is one sensor (SFM3000) that only has digital output I2C. Do you guys have any idea or solution to get the data of that sensor and data from ADC24 combine to one file (CSV or excel). if the external device requires, what i need to buy to do it.
