Can I measure dirty electricity with 2204A and TA375?

I'm completely new to oscilloscope. I'm an absolute beginner. I'm looking for a way to measure dirty electricity on 220V mains power without spending a lot of money.

Picoscope 2204A
TA375 passive probe

How to Measure Mains / Line Voltage and Harmonic Distortion using a USB Oscilloscope? seems to show how to measure dirty electricity with a 10x passive probe.

Is it dangerous? Is it even possible?

Do not use passive probes for mains measurement, it is dangerous. You will probably damage one or more of the probe, the scope, the PC, or yourself.

You need to use appropriate CAT rated differential probes or an isolation transformer.

But it is always dangerous to measure on the net.
If you don't know what you are doing then don't do it !

According to Eric Windheim, I need PicoScope 2204A, an active differential probe, and a high pass filter.

I know where to order PicoScope 2204A and an active differential probe.
Do you recommend any high pass filter?
