2204A input channels?

2204A input channels?

:( I'm concerned I have damaged my scope.
Is there a way to test the channels.
I get a reading now like the channel is stuck on 10x probe. Still reads a square wave but the voltage is way low 5v wave reading1~v.
At the time it happened I was reading 15-20v and got some spikes above 30v with 10x probes.
Any suggestions please.

Can you please email support@picotech.com who will work through the issues and if necessary arrange for an RMA for repair.
