Two Signals - Two Grounds

I need to see the time relationship between two signals that are on different ground potentials.

My understanding is that the 2204A does not have isolated grounds between the channels. I have a second 2204A that I could run through PicoLog. Would that give me the isolation I'm seeking, or would the USB ground still cause an issue?

Firs thought was No, but if you use both channels and subtract them on both scopes.
You can start 2 sessions of picoscope (1 for each scope unit)

Although what bennog has suggested sounds possible I would suggest drawing out your setup to understand all the voltage levels and exactly where the signals sit in relation to mains earth for the PC and hence the scope. Post the sketch here or send to support@picotech.com for further advice. Do not connect anything up if you are not 100% confident in this.
