USB Lead Length

I want to operate DrDaq remotely and need to know maximum length of USB lead?
Hope someone can help.

Hi,
The max length for USB2 is 5 meters, this is in the USB standard. If you require longer you would need to use powered usb hubs for each 5m USB cable or try a USB extender.
