Hi all,
Today I have accidentally incorrectly connected the device probe channel A in to board with 19.5V,

and bad smell come out from my oscilloscope. After as I opened it, I spot burned SMD device. The mark on the SMD device is L?B. The location of that SMD device is as shown on the picture.

Does anyone here know what SMD device it is? I will try to replace it. It is not a problem for me. I only need to know what devce it is. Before I scrape it it will worth to try.

The oscilloscope is still detected by PC, but signal stays on 0V on both channels when any signal is connected to probes.
