Pico scope 4262 , spectrum analysis measurements of S/N and floor noise of sensitive mems accelerometers

I am using the lower frequencies range, 0-100 Hz, and I essentially want to measure the ( average) floor noise , RMS microvolt/root square (Hz).
We are working on new mems based accelerometers, narrow BW, high and very high sensitivity, and we want to certify their "resolution" .
(Pico scope 4262 is a very useful instrument, but more powerful SW is maybe necessary.

Hi Massimo,

Would you mind to share your experience of identifying the noise floor using this model? I am wondering how sensitive it is to 5-15Hz/5uV-10uV signals?
