USB Driver problems under Windows 10 Home, 32bits

Post by JSE009 » Sun Mar 29, 2020 1:50 pm

I encounter some problems with running picoscope 6 on a Acer one 10 notebook with windows 10 home.
After installing the software (with boot option disable driver signature enforcement) I can use the picoscope without any roubles.
But after a normal reboot of the system, the USB driver is disabled with the remark that the signature is can not be checked and I can not use the picoscop.
If I boot again with option 7 (disable driver signature enforcement) I can use the picoscope without problems.

I also use the same picoscope on another notebook (Windows 10 Home, 64bits) and there without any problems

Windows 10 Home (1903), 32bts.
Picoscope 2205A, software 6.13.17

I also tried the newest version but with the same problem.

Hello,

i am running to the same problem on: (WIN 10 Home, 1909, 32bit) , digital Signature... Code 52
no problems on: (WIN10 Home, 1903, 64 bit)

so question to PICO, will there be a solution for this issue?
