Use Picolog with Python

Hi everyone! I've just purchased a Picolog 12 bit to sample the analog output of a laser distance sensor. I am trying to create a small script in Python to read the voltage, but I'm having issues with install the SDK. Could you please help me? I'm quite new to this.
I'm using PyCharm with Python 3 on a macOs.

We have examples here https://github.com/picotech/picosdk-python-wrappers and the README details how to get started.
