FPGA Error

Hello!

We are using a Pico 6404A and when connecting to the devices via our software, which is based on the SDK, we get the error code PICO_FPGA_FAIL. When we try to connect using the PicoScope 6 software, the device is not detected. In the list of installed hardware, the devices appears as exepected. We can reproduce the behaviour on different machines, using differnt Windows version and usb cables. We suspect the device has a defect. Is there a way to confirm this assumption using PicoScope 6?

Hi Gerry!
We have the same issue. We wrote an email to support - but we did not received any answer. This is a pressing issue for us, as our automation framework depends on it.
Issues started happening when we switched from windows 7 to windows 10 if it is any indication.
