serial decoding for MDIO Interface

We wish to have a serial decoder function for the MDIO interface, which is the most often used method for the management interface between Ethernet MAC and PHY- or Switch-Devices. MDIO is specified in IEEE 802.3, the Ethernet standard. It's a very simple serial protocol and can already be partially decoded using SPI without CS. Maybe it's not to much of an effort to have it realized. Many thanks!
