PicoScope 6 Software Installation Error

Hi. I am trying to install PicoScope6_r6_14_10.exe software on my IBM Thinkpad T43 running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. After "copying files" the installation aborts with the message shown in the attachment. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what might be wrong? Thanks.

Hi,
The 'error 1935' is a Microsoft error, so please ensure that your PC has all the latest Windows updates applied.

I have this error and have the latest windows updates, how can I resolve this?
