Waveform buffer size

Post by Thomas Kinder »

I used to record 64 waveforms in one go using the following settings: Channel A +/-5VDC, Channel B +/-20mV AC, Channel C,D:off, 50ms/div, 100kS, 8bit.
Today, the PicoScope 6 software only records 32 waveforms with the same settings.
I am using a PicoScope 5442A with 16MS memory. This memory size should be large enough to hold 2x64 waveforms of 100kS at 8bit. Why does the software not offer me 64 recordings?

By default Maximum Waveforms is set at 32 in Tools->Preferences so check what this is set to.

Thank you! I should have looked at that, sorry. However, the German translation merely sounds like "presets", that's why I skipped it...
