Save Dialogue box freezes Pico. End task only escape
I have been using a 2204 for quite a while now with no problem.
My laptop works well with all other application.
It is running Windows 7 Home Premium
I just bought a 4425 and have downloaded the latest software.
Everything seemed to work fine until I attempted to save a file.
The dialogue box appeared but my keyboard actions just got completely ignored.
I couldn't even scroll or close the window.
My only choice was to Ctrl Alt Del and end the task.
Obviously I can't send any saved file, since I haven't even saved a single file.
I've already tried a reboot and it makes no difference.
Any suggestions welcome.
