How to set sampling rate to 50MSPS with SDK

Post by Link »

Hi, I'm new to PicoTech Scope.
I'd like to start with an project for sampling input signal at 50MSPS.
I have checked the API Guide, and found that the notion of 'Timebases' is what I need. However, according to the guide, I can only set the Sampling Interval as 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32ns ..., which I can NOT set it as 20 ns which means 50MSPS.
I found I can set the sampling rate as 50MSPS with the software PicoScope 6 which is showed in the attached image.
So, my question is, how to set the sampling as 50MSPS with SDK?
Thanks!

You can't set 50MS/s

In PicoScope the 50MS is the number of samples you would like to collect across the screen. If you select Views->View Properties you will get a panel on the right showing exactly how the scope is set up.
