3204 channel A, non-zero level

Post by Dmitry1985 »

Hello,

after several months of not using my picoscope it behaves a bit strange.
Channel A shows ~14.76V if probe is connected to ground. If I try to check other voltage level I see change from ~14.76V but for the less value than the expected one (expected 3.3V, shown ~15.42V).
If I choose range less than +-20V with probe connected to ground, PicoScope 6 shows me overvoltage error.
Channel B is OK.
What could happen with oscilloscope?
