Nightmare

Post by RS-4 »

Hallo Pico users

Sad day ... my Pico 4223 is dead ... after nine years of incredible work. This is what is seen on the screen, does not

react to any measurement... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Can somebody handle me and say that this is just bugs or a nightmare...
Why me ????? Did anyone have similar experiences?

What to say ...

It looks like the backend of the scope is functioning and communicating with the PC, so it may just be the front end that is blown. If you contact support@picotech.com then they will be able to discuss the options for returning the scope for repair, if a repair is possible.
