Error 5007: Picoscope not responding

Post by josiahsinclair »

Hi all,

I'm using a picoscope 3000 for high-speed analog to digital conversion and saving to disk. I am using Labview to acquire data from the Picoscope and to save it to my hardrive. The problem I am running into is that the Picoscope frequently crashes with the error code 5007: "Picoscope not responding".

I'm not relying on USB power for the device, so we can rule out poor or inconsistent USB voltage, and so far I've been unable to see any pattern in the device crashing. Has anyone else experienced an issue like this?

Thanks,
Josiah
