Continuous monitoring

I'm attempting to continuously monitor the results from a humidiprobe in Splunk. Is there a log file that could be monitored that would have live recordings from the probe? Or would it be necessary to set up a larger save file and attempt to monitor this? It's picolog r5_25_3

You would need to save to file and restart capture in a loop, and then monitor the saved files. Alternatively you could write your own application to record live data.
