PS 6.13.15 Channel Overrange (unexpected)

Post by Icam »

With the new version of PicoScope 6.13.15 my PicoLog1216 get "channel overrange" on all the channels
when there are no signal input (everything else works). If I put some signal the error goes away, also "zero offset" don't help.
The PicoScope 6.11.1 and PicoLog software work correct but don't have some function I need to test.

My configuration: Windows 7 PRO 64bit

Hi

The PicoLog 1216 (and 1012) are single ended input devices, so if there is a signal with a voltage below 0 V you will get an overvoltage warning as the signal is outside of the input range of the device, so with no signal on the input you will still have noise on the input which can take the voltage below 0 V causing the overvoltage warning.
