This is an attachment to my earlier intro post.

I have attached a file from attempting to measure my house voltage (120 VAC, as I am in Canada)
I am using 20 VAC on the software, and have the probes set to 10x, yet it only shows less that 4 volts - it should be around 12 VAC. When I first connect the probe to the source, it reads "Channel Overrange" , then it shows a mych smaller voltage signal.
Can you please take a look and see why?
