PICOSCOPE 2040A not measuring properly
Hi,
I seem to be getting only 13mV odd peak-to-peak when I connect to the wave generator with sine wave of 30 Hz @ 10mV signal.
Also, with the same signal settings, when I set the probe to x10 and the pico software to x10, I get 24mV.
This does not seem to be working properly.
Does this need to be serviced ? Does anyone know how to go about this?

Can you send in a psdata file showing this issue, we can then test this with a unit here.
