Picolog cannot connect with PicoScope 2204

Have model 2204 (not 2204A).

Have tried both version 6.1.7-stable and 6.1.8-beta.

Have tried on Win 7 and Win 10 computers.

Latest attempt,used a fresh OS computer Win 10, never ever installed Picoscope software.

Installed and ran Picolog 6.1.7, plugged in 2204, and Picolog just sits there without seeing unit, but relays clicking on unit. Device manager sees Picoscope USB device.

Uninstalled the unit w/drivers, then re-installed pointing to the Program Files directory for Picolog. Still no love.

Uninstalled everything, removed drivers, and repeated same with 6.1.8-beta.

No luck. Any thoughts? Thx in advance.

Hi dcard,

Unfortunately, PicoLog 6 only supports the latest PicoScope models (with a few exceptions). However, the PicScope 2204 is supported by PicoLog 5.

Sorry about not digging deeper. I thought I had read somewhere that the 2204A was simply a repackaged 2204,and didn't bother to check the "discontinued products" download section.

Works great.
