PicoScope 6.13.6 does not install

Hello,

I have bought a PicoScope 2204A, so I downloaded the software "PicoScope 6.13.6" but it does not install on my computer. I have a PC with Windows7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit. I have the following message error:
"An error occured during the installation of assembly component {98CB24AD-52FB-DB5F-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}, HRESULT: 0x80070BC9."

Do you have a solution?

Hi Maxime,

Is your PC fully up to date with all Windows Updates and does it have the latest version of the Microsoft .NET Framework installed?

Hi Hitesh,

I think that i have all Windows Updates, but I have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed, wich is not the latest version (4.7.1).

Hi Maxime,

Have you tried installing the .NET Framework 4.7.1 version and then running the PicoScope installer?

Hello,

I have the same problem : error when installing Picoscope 6.13.6, on a PC Windows10-64 bits with latest .NET 4.7.2
With an other PC Windows 10-32 bits the installation is OK
