PicoScope 6.13.6 Windows Start Failure

PicoScope 6.13.6 starts with failure on Windows 10. See the attached screenshot.

Make sure that your Windows 10 installation is fully up to date, particularly the .NET components, and if you are still having difficulties email the details to support@picotech.com

I have the same issue. My system is up-to-date with the latest updates and patches (Windows 10 PRO, 1809).
Have you been able to resolve the problem?
