Zero shift

Post by Oleg »

Hello!
I'm engineer. I am engaged high-voltage equipment measurements.
I have 1 question.
PicoScope 4227 has a zero shift (about 3 mV).
I think that one of labeled elements (see photo) is used to adjust the zero offset.
If so, please indicate which item it is.
Thanks.

There are no user adjustable parts, you should use the Zero Offset feature within PicoScope 6 for this.

Yes, but Zero settings on PicoScope 6 are valid only during its operation. When restart PicoScope 6, the settings are not saved. That is, the offset again 3 mV.
