Message "No web service..."

I had a crash while using 6.13.6.3775 on my Win 10 PC with the demo device. I tried to respond to the request to send you an automatic report. But I got the message shown. As my internet connection is working fine, what could be the issue please?

I saved the file instead and that too is attached .

Most likely a temporary issue at our end which receives the error reports.
