Tic marks on save screen

Post by Guest »

I am using version 6-0-12-2 picoscope software with a 2202 scope.
With both channels running in 5v, 2v, or 1v DC setting, if I stop capturing to freeze and save the screen, the bottom pattern gets "tic" marks in it as soon as I hit the stop icon. If I use either channel by itself this does not happen. I swapped probes between channels but it doesn't matter. It only happens in the 5,2,or1v settings. Time settings don't matter either.
The top pattern will look normal like this _____________________
The bottom patern will look like this LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
