can't send feedback

With PicoScope 6 I'm trying to send feedback.
When I click "send" I get the response

Could not send feedback.
Please check your internet connection.

The connection is fine and the firewall has been updated to allow PicoScope access.

Sometimes this can be caused by issues in the server that receives these messages. If the issue persists please email support@picotech.com with your feedback and the team can look at the connection issue as well as your comments.
