PicoScope not finding inputs other than input A

Post by ntalbot »

Running PicoScope 6 with a PicoScope 5443B, on USB power. Trying to view two channels to measure latency, but when I click "Add measurement," only probe A shows up, with no indication that other probes are available. Need this to work ASAP -- in the middle of testing hardware. Is there a fix for this?

Have you turned on the second channel?

By default only Channel A is enabled.

I guess not -- I didn't see anything in the user's guide about that. How does one turn it on?

On the Channel Toolbar at the top of the display, A will probably say Auto, the other Channels will say Off

If you click on the off at the arrow in below picture you can enable / or disable the channels.
