Q:psdata Convert csv

Q:psdata Convert csv

Hi
Everytime i convert psdata to csv, i get a poor time resoiution data.What should i do to make my data better?

That looks like 800 psecs between samples, which device do you have ?

It should be series 2000, i cannot remmember the exact model.But when i open the .psdata file with Picoscope,i can enlarge time axis that the waveform is soomth.However,when i convert the file to .csv and open it with Originlab,the waveform become very poor.

Can you post the psdata file, or send it to support@picotech.com and we can take a look at what the issue is.
