Download samples and calculate effective value and flare

I am using picoscope 4824, I have never developed software with this device. I started from the sample project on github with c #. I have to write a method that reads the signal for all the 8 channels from the device and for each of them it gives me back an effective value and a mismatch.
Is there anyone who gives me a hand to understand how to continue or possibly a developer who writes me the functions that I need to pay?

The examples on GitHub are designed to show you how to setup the scope, and how to collect the data as a starting point for building an application, but do very little in terms of what to do with the data post collection.

To be able to assist we would need to know how many samples you wish to collect on a single channel, and at what sample interval, and then how you would expect to calculate the effective value and flare from this data.
