Signal affect other channel?

Post by iwaki »

I have got some strange spikes in my measurement that appear only when I measure 2 channels but not only one channel.

I have attached pdf showing weveform with 1 and 2 channels measurement.
I connected A channel to michrophone and B channel to measuring object.

My question is what is the reason I get the spikes only with 2 channes,
and why does it affect to microphone channel.
Could someone help me, what sould I check or need some configurations on my picoscope?

My environment is the following:
Oscilloscope: 5444B
Probes: TA131
OS: Windows 8.1 / Arch Linux (kernel 4.16.13)
Software: PicoScope 6.13.2 / 6.12.9.35

There is no file attachment, please can you email this to support@picotech.com and also include the psdata file showing the problem, then we can look at all your settings.
