Simple Question? External Trigger 4262

Post by User1234 »

I have only one simple Question: What is the default Threshold range for the external trigger on the Picoscope 4262? ±5 V or ±500 mV?

Thanks in Advanced

The trigger level can be set to the same as an input channels- With 11 input ranges from ±10 mV to ±20 V.
In PicoScope you don't have to set the input range, just the actual trigger level.
If the signal is noisy, you can change the trigger type to an 'advanced edge' to enable hysteresis.

In PicoScope 6 software the external trigger range is set to ±5 V, and never changes.
If you are using the SDK, make sure you set the range to one or other.
